Family - Mum ( Sarah Bowman), Dad (Steven Bailey), Brothers (Kriston and Joshua), Nana's (Carole Bowman, Sarah Hutchinson and June Davies), Grandad's (Alan Bailey, Doug Hutchinson and Jim Davies), Aunt's (Rachel Bowman, Christina Davies, Cath Hutchinson and Jemma Hutchinson), Uncle's (Carl Mason and Stephen Greensmith).
She was stillborn on her exact due date after being informed at 11 weeks pregnant that she had no chance of survival due to several problems. She had a condition called ANENCEPHALY where her skull did not form correctly over her brain, that was the reason for her passing as there is nothing the doctors can do for it yet.
Alisha was our longed for daughter but for whatever reason she was not meant for this world. She is not with us physically but she is and always will be in our hearts and thoughts. As I am writing this Alisha would of been due to start school along with her little brother who is just starting nursery. She will always mean the world to us and we talk to our son's about her and our oldest who is 5yrs says something that we find really adorable. He says "Alisha lives in the sky in the clouds in a big high tower like a princess!" He just came out with it one day a couple of years ago and he still says it now.
Alisha's dad wrote this poem just after we found out that we were going to lose her when I was 12 weeks pregnant and it was read out at her funeral and i love it and want to share it with everyone.

Hi my precious angel. Mummy has just been onto your site as not been on for a while and then as I was on it your funeral song came on so Mummy ended up crying a bit as I miss my sweet baby princess so very very much. I cant believe its nearly 6yrs since we lost you, it doesnt seem possible. Daddy is not coping too well at the minute as he misses you badly but doesnt want to talk to Mummy as he doesnt want to make me cry more but he is getting there in his own way.
Your new baby brother Blayze is a little tearaway now he on his feet in his walker, he keeps running us all over! haha. Your big brother Kriston is keep talking about you and says he misses you tons. Your younger brother Joshua has been talking about you with Kriston and he was asking Kriston where you live now and why you cant come home to us so Kriston told him you live in a big high pink tower in the sky and that you were poorly so we didnt get to have you at home and that you are special so God wanted you to help him. Joshua seemed to accept this but they both had a cry and said they really miss you.

Hiya angel how are you today? Mummy and Daddy took your brothers to a childrens centre with sure start to play yesterday and you would have loved it. There was loads of toys and we had to make some animal dominoes, which mummy ended up making as someone who works there came in and took all the children outside to play. Happy Birthday Princess. We all been thinking about you angel. Sorry I didnt get on here yesterday angel but I couldnt face it. Have you sen your gold rag doll we bought you for your birthday? Mummy is wearing it on her chain with your gaurdian angel cross. Daddy bought you some flowers but he couldnt face coming up to your grave with them so no doubt he will come and see you soon!
Well your baby brother was born on 12th june so he was exactly 5 weeks old on your 5th birthday! He has been told all about you. He smiled last night when I was talking to him about you. Well I going to go now princess as its very late and Mummy needs some sleep to look after your brothers as they are a handful! Ha Ha.

Hiya Angel hope you ok. Me and your Daddy were going through your things in your box the other day with Debra from next door. We have decided that some of the things that you never got the chance to wear such as the little white knitted cardigan that Great-Nana's friend knitted for you, we are going to pass to the new baby so that you are close to him/her too. Also if we find out that we having another little girl the shoes and frilly socks we bought for you but you never wore, we are going to pass them on too! We thought it would be a nice way to make sure that the new baby and you are close to each other since you can't be here with us when we welcome the new baby! Well I hope you are playing nicely. Hi Angel Princess. As I am writing this I am exicted! You have sent us a very special gift, as we have just found out 2 days ago that I am pregnant with another little brother or sister for you! I know you have sent this special gift as I am due just under a month before your birthday! Please watch over me and help me look after this special gift my sweet angel. I want you to know though that just because we are going to have another baby it does not mean we will ever forget you or stop talking about you. This new baby will know all about you and how special you are just as your brothers do now. Did you see me and Kriston at your graveside the other day? Hi princess hope you been playing nicely today. Kriston has started football club after school and today was his second time, it made me wonder what would you have wanted to join after school? I would of loved it having you in an after school club as well as your brother. Hiya sweetie. Mummy has been thinking loads about you today. Your brothers were talking about the girls at school and nursery today and I was thinking how much they would of loved having you here with them. We all would. You would be so spoiled being the only girl, you would of wanted for nothing as me and your daddy would of made sure you had a really nice pink girly room and you would of had all the latest toys (your daddy would of made sure of that)! Well it's coming up to Halloween and we having a fancy dress party and I have been looking for fancy dress costumes and I keep finding all these really gorgeous little witch costumes and I keep thinking how cute you would of looked in one with your hair done up in pig tails with fake spiders in your hair! You would be the best dressed little girl here! How I wish you were here to join in but I know you will be here with us in spirit!
